  • Pumpkin Seeds -5gm
  • Watermelon Seeds -5gm
  • Dates -10gm
  • Raisins -10gm
  • Poppy Seeds -2.5gm
  • Cinnamon Powder -1 gm
  • Skim Milk -120ml

Preparation Method

1. Roast all nuts and seeds separately until crunchy.
2, Chop the dates and keep aside.
3. Mixed all ingredients and add milk.
4. Consume.
