  • Salt -1gm
  • Black Pepper Powder – 1gm
  • Parmesan Cheese – 1 Tsp
  • Garlic Grated – 2 gm
  • Spring Onion – 30gm
  • Tomato -30gm
  • Oil – 2.5gm

Preparation Method

1. Beat egg whites until frothy.
2. Bind in all the ingredients together and mix gently.
3. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add oil and once hot spread egg mixture evenly.
4. Cook on low flame until both sides are cooked.
