Egg Vegetable Omelette

  • Whole Egg – 1(50gm)
  • Egg White -2 (50gm)
  • Onion Chopped -15gm
  • Capsicum – 15gm
  • Coriander Leaves – 15gm
  • Carrot -15gm
  • Green Chilli -5gm
  • Salt – 1gm
  • Oil -1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric -1gm

Preparation Method

1. Chop all the vegetables finely.
2. In a bowl break open 1 full egg, 2 egg whites and beat until fluffy.
3. Add all the ingredients and bind together with egg.
4. Heat a pan and spread oil, lower the flame and spread egg mixture
evenly, cook.
5, High flame may burn the omelette, so maintain at low.
6. Once cooked flip the omelette and cook on other side.
7.Serve omelette on a toast or with egg.
