Losing weight should be very sustainable and a healthy way rather than fad diets or quick diets or 30 day weight loss challenges etc., our program is beyond weight management and it primarily works on training your mind to adapt healthy eating habits.

ZERO% Indian recipes: These recipes are very quick, simple and tasty developed by WellnessOn in-house Nutritional expertise along with our Executive Chef’s and we do not have any impact on weight when consumed on the recommended portion while following the program.

Healthier version of Recipes: We primarily work on developing healthier versions of Indian foods by tweaking the preparation method and replacing the ingredients with healthier versions without compromising on taste.
Healthy Kitchen: We also opened cloud kitchens to deliver health foods at your doorstep.

Healthy Snacks: We heard our users on their problems in finding healthy snacks and developed yummy and healthy snacks which are available in ecommerce stores and delivered across India.

Fitness

Fitness is also important to lose weight and stay healthy. We help our users to implement basic exercises, equipment free workouts, fun workouts at a slow pace in our user life for a long term transformation.

Mindset

To follow any weight loss program, our interest and mindset should be ready and we should get enough encouragement and motivation to get engaged in the program. Also instead of short term diets we have to train our mindset to implement healthy habits for life and lose weight for good. Our programs subconsciously train the user’s mind to eat safer portions, adapt healthy habits at a slow pace forever.
